Korean Bulgogi

Bulgogi (literally means "fire meat") is a Korean-style grilled or roasted dish made of marinated slices of beef or pork, grilled on a barbecue griddle. The meat is often rolled up in red leaf lettuce with rice and hot pepper paste.

Bulgogi is one of the most well-known Korean traditional cuisines, bulgogi cooked with vegetables over the stove will naturally build some juice in the wok, which we can use to mix with a bowl of steamed rice.
