Crispy Honeycomb


One of the popular snacks is during Hari Raya and Chinese New Year, the Malay calls it as Kuih Loyang and the Chinese calls it Crispy Honeycomb. It's crispy and delicious with the wonderful aroma from the eggs, sugar and coconut milk.

When the oil is hot enough, dip mold into batter, then place the coated mold in the hot oil, wait until it becomes golden brown... done! ;)
