Stir-fried Beef


Stir-fried beef with ginger and spring onions is always one of my favorite Chinese dishes.

Ginger and spring onion is very versatile and can work in conjunction with other flavors, for example, lemongrass can be added to this dish.

The key to this dish is to marinate the beef for a sufficiently long time and to cook it very quickly over high heat, so that the beef remains tender and succulent.

I often order this dish from the local Chinese restaurants.
