If we are healthy, we have the ability to live long, function well, and prosper.

Healthy diet and regular exercises are important to help maintain or improve health.

Here is a short joke about Health:

A teenage girl saw an old man with a big smile on his face, sat in a chair on his porch.

So she walked up to him and said, "Hi, you look so happy. What's your secret for a long happy life?"

The old man responded, "I smoke three packs of cigarettes a day, I drink a case of whiskey a week, I eat all the fatty foods I can, and never do any exercise!"

The lady said, "Wow, that's amazing! How old are you now?"

He replied, "Twenty five."
